Zyvark Solutions Service Catalog
Service tiers, the SLA matrix, the managed-retainer pricing model, the onboarding journey, and GeM procurement.
Service tiers
Zyvark packages its work in three tiers — a recurring beachhead (managed backup/DR, migration, NetPulse observability), an AI-DC growth wedge (GPU cluster commissioning, liquid cooling, Praman compliance, high-speed fabric) and future optionality (sovereign inference, edge pods). We deliver inside customer and colocation-partner facilities; each engagement maps to a clear scope, a defined SLA and, where it is recurring, a predictable monthly retainer. The full catalog, with indicative pricing, is at /services.
The SLA matrix
- Availability — service levels defined per engagement, bounded by the host facility's own Tier rating.
- Response — escalation windows agreed in the contract and measured in NetPulse.
- Recovery — workload-specific RPO/RTO commitments, tested and reported.
- Reporting — monthly IT health reports and a live KPI dashboard.
Onboarding journey
Engagements begin with a discovery and assessment phase, followed by a documented transition plan, a controlled cutover, and a steady-state operations handover. The aim is a transition the customer barely feels — and a runbook they fully own.
GeM procurement
For public-sector and PSU customers, Zyvark services are structured to be procurable through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), aligning scope and pricing with public procurement norms.
